  • What is Whole Home Consignment?

    We know how hard it can be to pack up a lifetime of memories. Whether you are downsizing, moving out of state or had a loved one pass away. It’s never easy packing up a life. To have to decide what to let go of and what to keep.

    This is where we can help.

    We can come and take the items you have decided to let go of. We will bring them here to our shop, list them and sell them for you. There is no timeframe to have them sold by. They are here until they are sold and the prices won’t drop incrementally. Whether it is a day or a year or two. The right buyer will come along , even if it takes a bit.

  • What do we accept?

    Pretty much everything. Furniture, glassware, silverware, china, artwork, lights, decor, area rugs, and table linens. For sanitary reasons we don’t accept bed linens or bath linens. For safety reasons, we don’t take anything pertaining to children. We also cannot take exercise equipment, appliances or pool tables or pianos. And we reserve the right to not accept oversized pieces or pieces where condition is poor.

  • Our Crew

    We work with a crew of local guys we met thru a customer. These are great guys and we are so blessed to know them. We do pay them but have had clients tip them in the past. It is NOT required but it is appreciated by the guys. All tips go directly to them. These guys have even ended up returning to help customers with more projects following a delivery or a consignment pickup.

  • Our Terms

    1: All items must be from a smoke free home.

    2. We ask for a minimum of 15 FURNITURE items before smalls are considered.

    3. Our pickup fee is $400. The fee is reduced to $350 if paid in cash day of pickup. Otherwise the $400 fee is deducted from your consignor account until the balance is paid. Drop-offs are not permitted.

    4. The pay scale once an item(s) sells is 60%(us) and 40%(you). A check will be mailed for the items sold the previous month.

    5. We ask for a decent timeline such as 2 weeks to make arrangements with our crew.

    6. We ask that items be marked or clearly indicated so our guys can come in and remove the items from the home. Please make sure all items are relatively clean and drawers are cleared out.
